At Wellbeing, our ASD and ADHD experts all work hard to ensure that you have the best experience with us, ably supported by our administrative team. Take a look at some of the people you may meet when you visit us.
Adele Brignell  Receptionist
Adele is a Receptionist at Wellbeing.
Alix Willmore  Speech and Language Therapist
Alix works with a wide range of children both in the NHS and independent practice, in special needs and mainstream schools.
Amy Bignell  Lead Speech and Language Therapist
Amy has worked as a Speech and Language Therapist since 2007 across a range of clinical settings, special schools and mainstream schools. She helps to spearhead service development at Wellbeing.
Angie Purdy  Specialist Teacher and Consultant
Angie is a specialist teacher and consultant for children and young people with autism. Angie has worked with schools and families supporting children and young people with autism since 2007. She has a wide experience of delivering training and has developed and leads the eight-week Rainbow Parent Course with her colleague Hazel Smee.
Caroline Brock  General Manager
Caroline joined Tollgate Clinic having spent some time working for NHS Professionals as Trust Liaison Officer. As General Manager Caroline enjoys using her interpersonal skills to develop relationships with the community, clients, staff and patients.
Catherine Hudson  Occupational Therapist
Catherine has worked as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS for 32 years, with young people of all ages and a range of needs.
Charlotte Preston  Occupational Therapist
After qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 2005, Charlotte initially spent time gaining core skills on a rotation between hospital wards and the community before specialising in Community Paediatrics.
Claire Groves  Receptionist
Claire is a Receptionist at Wellbeing, based at Kestrel House Clinic.
Dr Amin Band  Lead Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician
Dr Band is a Senior Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician and Lead Paediatrician in devising integrated pathways for Autism and ADHD in Mid Essex.
Dr Geetha Kugan  Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician
Dr Kugan is trained in ASD assessments and has been lead clinician for Provide CIC's Community Paediatric service since 2010.
Dr Kamba Mpenge  Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician
With over 20 years' practice in Paediatrics, Dr Mpenge is a Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician and Neurodisability Specialist.
Dr Pradeep Sahare  Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician
Dr Sahare is a Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician specialising in ASD, ADHD and developmental delay. He started working with Wellbeing in 2008.
Emma Biggins  Patient Care Advisor
Emma previously worked as a care co-ordinator for Provide. She joined Wellbeing in February 2020 as a Patient Care Advisor.
Emma Lindsey  Speech and Language Therapist
Emma is a Speech and Language Therapist at Wellbeing.
Hannah Westwood  Lead Occupational Therapist
Hannah has been working as an Occupational Therapist since 2006, supporting children and adults with physical and learning disabilities. She helps to spearhead service development at Wellbeing.
Hayley Foster  Speech and Language Therapist
Hayley has worked with children, young people and adults with a range of communication needs including Autism and the Criminal Justice System.
Hazel Smee  Specialist Teacher and Consultant
Hazel is a specialist teacher and consultant for children and young people with autism. Hazel has worked with schools and families supporting children and young people with autism since 2006. She has a wide experience of delivering training and has developed and leads the eight-week Rainbow Parent Course with her colleague Angie Purdy.
Kim Bussey  Patient Care Advisor
Kim studied Health and Social Care at school and college, and she joined the Tollgate Clinic and Wellbeing team in August 2021.
Lisa Joy  Deputy General Manager
Lisa's career to date has been in operational / people management, working in both the private and public sectors including the NHS.
Louise Pearce  Speech and Language Therapist
Louise specialises in working with children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Developmental Language Disorder (DLD).
Matthew Tebitt  Data and Compliance Officer
Matthew works as a data analyst at Wellbeing. He enjoys working in a friendly and welcoming environment, and being able to make a difference through the work he does.
Morag Best  Occupational Therapist
Morag specialises in the area of attachment and developmental trauma and is currently training as a Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapist.
Natasha Spong  Speech and Language Therapist
Natasha graduated with an MSc in Speech and Language Therapy from University of Essex and has worked with Provide CIC ever since.
Paul Cooke  Managing Director
Paul became Managing Director in April 2018 when Provide acquired Tollgate Clinic. Paul enjoys spearheading the business growth at Tollgate whilst ensuring the professional yet friendly feel of the organisation is maintained.
Paul Harrison  Operations Director
Paul is a Chartered Physiotherapist with an MSc in Orthopaedic medicine and postgraduate qualifications in Injection Therapy and Ultrasonography. He has a wealth of experience at elite level UK Athletics and Premiership Football.
Polly Larkin  Speech and Language Therapist
Polly qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 1996 after completing her BSc (Hons) in Birmingham, and returned to Essex in 2014 to work for Provide CIC.
Rachel Collins  Patient Care Advisor
Rachel joined the Tollgate and Wellbeing team in May 2019, and she enjoys the variety of workload and meeting patients at the clinic.
Ruth Brannigan  Occupational Therapist
Ruth qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2000 and has specialised working in Paediatrics since 2002.
Steph Tweedie  Patient Care Advisor
Steph is a Patient Care Advisor at Wellbeing.
Viv MacMillan  Specialist Teacher and Consultant
Viv is a specialist teacher and consultant for children and young people with autism. Viv has worked with schools and families supporting children with autism since 2004. She has a wide experience of delivering training and is part of the team who deliver the Rainbow Parent Course.
Wendy Galvin  General Manager
Wendy is the General Manager at Wellbeing.
